Compose an 8-measure melody for a single line instrument using dice. Use a die that has 6 to 12 sides. (Need an electronic option for dice: https://rolladie.net) Assign a pitch for each number. For example, 1=C, 2=F, 3=G#, etc. Complete at least 20 rolls and track the pitches as they occur. Add a rhythm, expression markings, and articulations to this series to create your melody.
